2021

“Frida’s Bicycle Workshop” is a learning game for children aged six and up that explains, in a simple way, how bicycle lights work. Using bicycle lighting as an example, children get a playful introduction to the topic of “electrical circuits”. Together with Frida, they find and repair faults in the lighting system and build their own bicycle lights. The experimentation is designed to give children a feel for how much electricity their setup needs. For example, they can test whether an LED light uses less electricity than a conventional one. The game includes several levels of varying difficulty. The short film introduces the learning game and gives practical tips for supporting children as they learn.
