Dorfgeflimmer

In the "Jugend filmt" workshop, young people from the Oderbruch region are encouraged to develop their own creativity and filmmaking talent and to show their own perspective on their home region. "Dorfgeflimmer" presents the Filmmuseum Golzow as a heritage site.

The museum is dedicated to the work of director Winfried Junge, whose well-known East German documentary series "Die Kinder von Golzow" ("The Children of Golzow") made an important contribution to documenting the life stories and everyday culture of the people of Golzow and its surroundings. The series follows a group of children from their first day of school to adulthood, offering a unique insight into the lives of people in the rural Oderbruch region.
