The RIFS Fellow Programme is aimed at highly qualified people from science, business and civil society who contribute expertise, inspiration and creative input for successful sustainability transformations. Around 30 fellowships are advertised at the IASS every year. The fellows support, inspire and complement the research work at the IASS and provide impetus for putting the institute's research projects into practice. The IASS's Fellow Programme is inspired by the appeal of the Potsdam Memorandum to gather all sources of inventiveness and inspiration from science, politics, business and civil society in order to address the sustainability challenges of our time. The film offers insight into the Fellow Programme and portrays current and former fellows of the IASS.
